The Board of Directors conducts, manages, and controls the affairs and business of the Organization, and makes policy.
The Board of Directors regularly reviews the published agendas for City Council meetings and generally monitors our City government. When we see City policy or action that deserves either strong support or opposition we inform the appropriate City officials and the ACT membership in writing and encourage our members to support our effort by giving their own input to the City.
Any ACT member is eligible to serve on the Board of Directors.
Board of Directors members are elected by members in January.
