Should Alameda have more parkland or more homes?

Alameda Planning Board

Special Agenda

Wednesday June 5, 2013, 7pm

Item 7: Public Scoping Meeting for EIR Environmental Impact Report

Neptune Beach Project. The City rezoned an area less than 4 acres on McKay St and would have new 48 homes there.  The EB Parks District is opposed and would use the land to extend Crown Beach Park instead.

The City will receive comments on environmental and related issues that should be addressed in the EIR to study the impacts of the building project.

No action will be taken on Wed June 5, 2013.

Comments on the proposed scope and content of the EIR will be taken at the meeting and may also be submitted in writing to:
